Carmel's Story
Carmel has lived the experience her clients are navigating. Having moved frequently and owned and invested in properties across multiple countries, she understands firsthand how much a seamless transaction and transition matter — and how rarely they happen without the right guidance.
Carmel earned her real estate license in 2002 and has been a committed investor ever since. In 2016, her family's search for exceptional educational opportunities led them to Reno's Davidson Academy — and from there, to Lake Tahoe, which became their primary U.S. residence. As frequent travelers who have visited 70 countries and split time between Nevada and Singapore, the Fithians know what extraordinary looks like. Lake Tahoe earned the comparison.
Today, Carmel has migrated the majority of her personal investments into Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada — because, as the saying goes, she puts her money where her mouth is. Her clients benefit from that same conviction.
